It is a moment of great pride for the University of Central Punjab, Lahore as Dr. Rab Nawaz Lodhi (Associate Professor at UCP Business School) becomes the Guest Editor for the Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Technology (JHTT) for the Special Issue on Qualitative Research in Hospitality and Tourism Management. JHTT has been accepted into the Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI) with an impact factor of 3.415.
Autobiography: Dr. Lodhi has vast teaching, training, and research experience in Pakistan, Malaysia, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Saudi Arabia, and the United States of America (USA). He has several publications in impact factor journals of Emerald, Sage, John Wiley and Sons, Springer, and Taylor and Francis Group. He is an internationally certified trainer of QSR NVivo Ver. 9/10 (Qualitative Research and Data Analysis) by QSR International, Melbourne, Australia. Apart from NVivo, he is also experienced in several quantitative and qualitative tools, e.g., MaxQDA, Atlas-ti, SPSS, AMOS, Smart PLS, and MPlus for multilevel modeling. More than 50 universities and research institutes including Bahçeşehir University, Istanbul, Turkey; University of South Florida, USA; King Abdul Aziz University, Saudi Arabia (Harvard University USA funded research project); University of Utara Malaysia have invited him for several research and training programs. He is also a trainer of Learning and Teaching Skills, Outcome Based Education (OBE), ICT in Higher Education, Blended Learning, and Flipped-Class-Room Environment. Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC) has invited him several times to the Faculty Development Academy to train faculty members from different universities of Punjab in modern teaching and learning skills.
