Dr. Ata Ul Musawir is a prolific academician and researcher in the field of project management, holding a PhD in Project Management from the University of Malaya, Malaysia. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Project, Programme and Portfolio Governance Professional (P3GP). He maintains active industry engagement through his affiliation with Totally Optimized Projects (TOP) and his frequent engagements with the Project Management Institute (PMI) Lahore Chapter. He is also an active contributor and reviewer for the top three project management journals globally, with some of his papers ranking among the most highly cited articles in the journals. His research focuses on project governance, benefits realization management, and maximizing project value delivery. Dr. Ata Ul Musawir currently teaches research and project management courses at UCP at the graduate and undergraduate levels. His teaching approach focuses on practical insights, recent developments in the profession, and hands-on practice with predictive and adaptive project management software.
