Brief Profile

Nabeel Khalid is an Electrical (Computer) Engineer, Assistant Professor, and Researcher with extensive experience in embedded systems and the rapidly evolving fields of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). With over 12 years of expertise in circuit designing and Matlab/Simulink, and significant experience with PLCs, LabVIEW, and Multisim/Proteus, he possesses hands-on proficiency in designing, developing, and testing intelligent embedded solutions, including microcontroller programming and real-time systems.
As an Assistant Professor since June 2015, Nabeel Khalid has taught a wide range of courses, including Digital Logic Design, Microprocessor-Based Systems, Data Structures and Algorithms, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, and Object-Oriented Programming. His research interests, culminating in a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, focus on the detection and classification of degenerative disorders using EEG signals. He is dedicated to fostering continuous learning and contributing to the advancement of smart and autonomous technologies in both academic and industrial environments.
