Based in Lahore, Pakistan, I am a multifaceted Intellectual Property (IP) expert with over two decades of experience as an attorney, consultant, and a WIPO-certified IP trainer. My practice provides comprehensive IP services, including litigation, enforcement, and registration, to clients internationally. My commitment to the global IP landscape is reflected in my membership in various international organizations and my extensive speaking engagements. I have had the privilege of delivering lectures on IP at leading global institutions such as WIPO, WTO, UNIDO, COMSTECH, Hanken (Finland), Waseda University (Japan), IIU (Malaysia), and LUMS. Furthermore, I am dedicated to nurturing the next generation of legal minds through my role as an IP teacher at Punjab University Law College since 2010. My professional journey began with a foundation in chemical engineering, gained from my tenure at PACKAGES LIMITED (1996-1999) before transitioning to IP law in 1999. I hold degrees in both chemical engineering and law.
