By submitting a request for ORIC Expert Services, the host institution agrees to the following terms and conditions:

• Hotel Accommodation: Arranging suitable hotel accommodation for the duration of the expert's stay.

• Internal Transport: Providing transportation for the expert within the local area as required for the fulfillment of their duties, including Airport Pick-up and Drop-off.

• Meals: Ensuring that meals are provided to the expert during their stay.

• Communication: The host institution should maintain clear and timely communication with the expert and OIC-COMSTECH regarding logistics and any other necessary arrangements.
